For clients needing significant assistance with both managing and maintaining their household as well as assistance with personal hygiene needs.
Duties include:

Bathing/grooming

Dressing/undressing

Turning, positioning & transferring

Oral care
-
Assistance with ambulation & mobility
-
Passive and active range of motion exercises
-
In addition to all Homemaker and Companion responsibilities

For Assistance and/or instruction to an individual in managing their household.
Duties include:

Medication reminder
-
Light housekeeping
-
Grocery shopping & other errands
-
Meal preparation and planning

This in-home service consists of home-based supervision and monitoring activities that assist and/or instruct an individual in maintaining a comfortable and supportive environment when the person is unable to do so alone.
Duties include:

Safety monitoring
-
Socialization
-
Accompany on walks/medical appointments and other location
-
Assist with phone calls
-
Light meal preparation
-
Medication reminder

Mental Health counselors help patients work through personal issues like anger management, depression, suicidal thoughts, aging, parenting, self-image, relational problems, stress, or addiction.
This includes:

Psychotherapy

Assesment
-
Diagnosis
-
Substance abuse treatment
-
Crisis management
-
At home services
